The largest documented weight was an F1 Savannah Cat at 25 pounds . F1, F2 Savannah weight 17-22 pounds with a height of 14″-17″ inches tall. F3, F4,F5, F6 Savannah weight 12-16 pounds with a height of 10″-13″ inches tall.
The serval is a slender, medium-sized cat ; it stands 54 to 62 cm (21–24 in) at the shoulder and weighs 8 to 18 kg (18–40 lb), but females tend to be lighter. The head-and-body length is typically between 67 and 100 cm (26–39 in). Males tend to be sturdier than females.

You may want to feed them regular cat food but most types are not well suited to these cats . Use only premium cat food kibble such as IAMS or Orijin, which is 75% meat based. By the time the Serval is about six months old they may be eating as much as a full can of food per day or a combination of dry and wet food .

Size of an F5 Savannah Cat Like the F3’s and F4’s, the F5 females will fall in a 10-12 pound range and measure slightly larger than a typical domestic cat . They will be taller and lankier in their body type. Most F5 males will fall in a 14-18 pound range.
Running Away If your Savannah cat has been an inside cat since they were a kitten, there’s a good chance they will run away at the first opportunity they get.
